Too often, older adults seeking technology help are met with one of two responses: impatience or exploitation. Raymond, the founder of Elder IT, saw this pattern repeat itself too many times to ignore. Seniors were being rushed through support calls by frustrated technicians, or worse, being charged far more than they should have been by people who saw vulnerability as an opportunity.
That had to change.
Raymond brings an uncommon combination to this work: two degrees in information technology, alongside degrees in educational ministries and teaching English to speakers of other languages. He knows technology deeply, but he also knows how to teach, how to listen, and how to serve people where they are.
Ministry has always been at the center of who Raymond is. When his own disabilities made traditional ministry paths more difficult to walk, he didn't step away from the calling; he found a new way to answer it. Elder IT is that answer, a business built not just to fix devices, but to honor the dignity of every person it serves.

Churches and senior community organizations who want to extend genuine care to their older members. We partner with them so that no senior in their congregation has to face a technology problem alone, or be taken advantage of when they do.

Older adults who simply need someone patient, honest, and knowledgeable in their corner. Whether it's a stubborn printer, a suspicious email, or a new device that feels overwhelming, we show up without frustration and without judgment.
When you stay at a fine hotel in an unfamiliar city, the concierge doesn't wait for something to go wrong. They help you get the most out of where you are; suggesting the right restaurant, arranging transportation, anticipating needs you haven't thought to ask about yet. Elder IT brings that same philosophy to technology. We're not just here when things break. We're here to help you understand, shape, and enjoy the role technology plays in your daily life.
We take time to understand how you actually live: your routines, your relationships, your goals, and help you find technology that genuinely fits.
We don't only show up when something goes wrong. We help you anticipate needs, avoid common pitfalls, and stay a step ahead.
We cut through the noise. No unnecessary upgrades, no confusing options, just the right tools, explained in plain language, for the life you want to live.
Our goal is never to make you dependent on us. It's to leave you more capable, more confident, and more connected than when we arrived.
There's no obligation, no sales pitch. Just a conversation.
