Too often, older adults seeking technology help are met with one of two responses: impatience or exploitation. Raymond, the founder of Elder IT, saw this pattern repeat itself too many times to ignore. Seniors were being rushed through support calls by frustrated technicians, or worse, being charged far more than they should have been by people who saw vulnerability as an opportunity.

That had to change.

Raymond brings an uncommon combination to this work: two degrees in information technology, alongside degrees in educational ministries and teaching English to speakers of other languages. He knows technology deeply, but he also knows how to teach, how to listen, and how to serve people where they are.

When his own disabilities made traditional ministry paths more difficult to walk, he didn't step away from the calling; he found a new way to answer it.
